Celebrating Community, Commitment and Teamwork at Camphill Dunshane

Camphill Dunshane recently welcomed Board members, Senior Management Team, Community Members, families, staff, volunteers, and colleagues from across Camphill Communities of Ireland for a special Community Celebration and Open Day. 

This event was not a fundraiser, but a meaningful opportunity to celebrate everything that makes Camphill Dunshane such a unique and valued community. It recognised the dedication, resilience and teamwork shown by so many over the past year, while offering a chance for people to come together, reconnect and celebrate shared achievements. 

Guests enjoyed a vibrant afternoon of music, entertainment, delicious food, craft displays and conversation, all contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere that truly reflected the spirit and values at the heart of Camphill Dunshane. The celebration also acknowledged the exceptional commitment of the team. 

At the heart of the day were the Community Members themselves. Their talents, achievements, friendships and contributions are what make Camphill Dunshane such a welcoming and inspiring place, and they were central to the celebrations. 

The event also highlighted the importance of collaboration and the strength that comes from people working together towards a shared purpose. It served as a fitting opportunity to recognise the many individuals who have supported Camphill Dunshane throughout the past year, both publicly and behind the scenes, and to thank everyone whose dedication has helped the community continue to flourish.
