All Day Supports within Camphill Communities of Ireland are delivered in line with the New Directions framework, the national policy for day services for adults with disabilities in Ireland. This framework places the individual at the centre of all supports and focuses on outcomes that reflect each person’s own wishes, needs and aspirations. Services are designed to support people to develop independence, participate in their communities and build meaningful lives.
Across all centres, there is a strong emphasis on governance, accountability and continuous improvement. Each service operates with clear structures, qualified staff and regular review processes to ensure that supports remain responsive, safe and effective.
